There is a lot of stuff on the internet, including Facebook, about the need for “self care”. But no one, REALLY talks about what it is, what they do. — Right off the top, self-care includes things like exercise, facials, manicures, pedicures, getting your hair done. But what about having a shower? For me the feel of the hot water falling on my head and down my back is very relaxing. What about just soaking in a bath?
